Phil Spencer actually pushed for Banjo against Nintendo wanting Steve? and I was surprised. Spiral Mountain is the stage looking like it did in Nuts and Bolts but cleaned up to have the N64 charm. Mumbo's skull is gonna be a costume, Jinjo will be a brawler, Tooty will be swordfighter and Gruntilda will be a gunner costume
Sora is being added because of how Kingdom Hearts is gonna geta watered down port on the Switch (Square Emix is still a stingy bitch with their IPs so there's like 4 songs instead of like 8-10 which is BS) but the Disney content is toned down by a good amount. Twilight Town is the stage with some decor but not a lot because Square Enix is still a bitch. There's costumes for Donald and Goofy . 2B is being added due to Sakurai liking NieR:Automata lmao. City Ruins is a stage with a robot that is part of the platforms. Not sure about Mii Costumes though
DoomGuy is being added since Bethesda/ID and Nintendo struck a deal for extra advertising of DooM Eternal. Stage is Phobos but then transports to the Icon of Sin (of course it's toned down a whole ton to not scare the kids). Apart from demons, VaultBoy gets a mii costume that is compatible with all Mii classes and even a t-45 and t-60 power armor gunner costume
Also, I hear Steve? might be added as the 1st fighter for Pass 2, but idk. Sakurai is overworked as it is. But hey, I'll be damned if it's true. Personally I hope not. He's waaay overworked as it is. Poor guy needs a break. Next post is Mii costumes since Yea Forums only has 2000 text limit
