Yeah, I've seen people defend Metroid Federation Force even, but not Sticker Star
There was that one 14 year old shitposter who kept defending it, I forgot his name.
Cody?
Triforce Heroes. At best it's that odd duck in the corner that no one wants to talk about.
Call of Duty World War 2 and Battlefiled 5
Hunt Down The Freeman
yeah him, he went really far even defending color splash and star fox zero
Wonder where he is now that the games are confirmed flops
Yeah that's the one.
Just goes to show all our flailing is for naught, since we are powerless to stop people from being born into mediocrity.
It's great though. The gameplay is pretty fun. You're just mad it doesn't feature a bunch of gay OCs.
Eric vs Cody never happened.
I quite enjoyed SS. It nowhere near compares to 64 and TTYD, but I had a good time regardless. level design was excellent, kersti is qt, and finding the right thing sticker to use against the bosses was awesome.
It's honestly not that bad outside of the battle system. I found exploring and collecting stuff fun. Though I wouldn't go out of my way to replay this.
What were they thinking?
they weren't
Not defending it, but it's better to view it as a point and click adventure without the point and click. Everything comes down to finding the right sticker for the right location or boss fight.
>mfw Nintendo could have easily used the assets they developed for this game to make an AC title on the Wii U
>mfw we got a mario party ripoff that requires physical DLC just to play the fucking thing on top of the price of the game itself
AC Switch better be fucking good.

Looks fucking boring m8
I'm sure Federation Force is fine in its own way and all but man was this a very questionable thing to do at the time
Amiibo sales
I know you're baiting because you didn't mention the music, the highest point of Sticker Star.
its one of my most hated games of all time
I got a job and am living a full life, while maintaining my opinions through a small Youtube channel.
I still love Sticker Star.
I liked it. Collecting stickers is fun.
I generally try to avoid shitty games, so Sticker Star may very well be the worst game I've ever played. Not saying it's the worst game ever made, but the worst game I'VE ever played. And maybe the worst Mario game ever aside from the CDi ones or whatever which obviously don't count.
It should go without saying, honestly. Has a nintendo inhouse game ever not had solid music? consistently great music is probably their strongest point as a company, followed by pushing the envelope with strange game mechanics
I had fun with it. I recognize its faults but I still enjoyed it. The necessity of certain stickers made it feel like an old point and click adventure game to me.
>Has a nintendo inhouse game ever not had solid music?
New Super Mario Bros.
I’ll defend it! Trying to solve puzzles with randos while your only means of communication were Link emotes was really charming in a dumb way and made successes feel great. And there were some good levels too
I would defend Color Splash, though.
You misspelled Super Paper Mario.

This is it.
>I quite enjoyed ss
Me too, but Nintendo doesn't draw any ss.
I love how they printed so many AC amiibo's for it that stores were sitting on them for years.
Yes, that too, to an extent. Though I mildly prefer Color Splash to it.
