The problem is that for the games that are released on every platform, they usually perform worse on Switch. So why would I buy x game that looks and performs worse on Switch when I can get it elsewhere and it looks and performs better? I don't care about 4k, but the Switch should at least handle 1080p consistently. I mean, it's fucked up that I bought Valkyria Chronicles, was expecting at least 1080p at 30 fps, hoping for 60fps at 720p, but got neither and I bought a game that runs like shit and looks worse than the PS3 version, despite everyone and their mothers saying the Switch is more powerful than the PS3. And I could have gotten the game for cheaper and have it run and look gorgeous on my PS4. I also dislike how Nintendo jews it up with the Wii U rereleases. Some games were never 60 fucking dollars, and I don't get why they're priced as such on Switch. I'm also bothered that their first party shit rarely goes on sale, but whatever. It had a fucking phenomenal launch year with a sort of iffy second year. Smash is great, and I do like the system very much, but to me the portability is fucking overrated. It's neat, but I don't get why people think it makes or breaks the fucking thing. As it stands, I do think the Switch is worth it, but I think the people that get a bunch of mileage out of it are the people buying indie games primarily. Also, the port-begging community is fucking pathetic, and a cesspool of stupidity that feeds upon its stupidity and fosters it so much I don't get how anyone that actively pushes it isn't mentally impaired.

The only thing I don't like about the switch is that I want to be able to pay, download and keep my virtual console games. I have the NES and SNES Classic with all the roms on it, but I like the portability. Also the battery life sucks even in AP mode and low screen tint.
The funny thing is that the Switch still has a better framerate than its competition. All PS4/Xbone games run in the low 20s, while Nintendo games are always 60fps
