Look into tapering off caffeine. No joke.

You don't have anything important in your life to be mad about (or the things you should be mad about, you are scared to be) so the only outlet for your powderkeg of deep frustration is breaking your controller because you binged the wrong wahoo

In moot's 8 hour goodbye stream he said that getting mad at the internet is the stupidest, most wasteful thing you could ever do.
I unironically just stopped getting mad at trivial shit from then on. Like hahaha i just closed my eyes nigga like i just walked away from the screen hahaha. Thanks moot.

your brains broke

That feeling of hopelessness is why we escape into videogames. When you feel hopeless in something that's supposed to relieve it, you get angry

My condolences

because you care

people who don't get mad (even occasionally), don't care

you're not mad at videogames. you're mad at yourself.

It's normal to get frustrated when you fuck up if you give a shit about the thing you fucked up.

Some just externalize it MUCH more to vent.

Others don't get frustrated at all because they don't take the game very seriously, and hence don't care if they fuck up.

>not getting mad at everything all the time

being permangry leads to power many would consider unnatty

you will never have sex

>playing team game
>people don't try to work as team
bazinga I don't get mad about it though it just lacks sense

learn to meditate

>die multiple times over in a frustrating part of a game
>get frustrated but always channel my anger through laughter, just a slight chuckle for myself at every fail
>have never broken a controller in anger

Just wish I wouldn't get anxiety pains through frustration.

Men are competitive, what do you mean why you get mad? It's human nature.
