Main girl is inflicted with monsterization and MC needs to go inside the dungeon shown in my screenshot, kill monsters, take their hearts and feed them to her.
Hearts from mobs stall the monsterization, the cyclical bar you see on my screenshot is her monster meter. Depletes while you're in the dungeon, refills when you give her hearts and after some set amounts have depleted, you come back to find her more and more monsterized. This directly affects her relationship with MC and heavily affects the endings too. To get the best ending you basically gotta never let her disease progress even a little. Gotta keep a close eye on that bar at all times.
Hearts from boss monsters will supposedly cure her disease and that's why you keep going there, get her to eat all boss monster hearts.

Yeah, the 1st 3 dungeons I cleared were pretty easy but stressfull nonetheless, was so anxious not to fuck up I couldn't enjoy exploring at all, kept going back to give her hearts and then back in from the beginning. Can't imagine how it'll be later when difficulty ramps up.
