The mod All Natural has the Real Light module that removes the fake light sources and also makes weather affect interiors. I like argonians best, but their racial passives haven't been relevant since Morrowind. It was great to play as a magic rogue hybrid with spears and thrown weapons, using the land's river systems for quick stealthy movement and emerging to pick targets one by one. They were way more interesting as stealth characters than khajiit, but still have the flexibility to play as full mages.
