This is very important for the people that care about waifushit, Hair Style and Hair colour are two things that really tickles their autism. Even if a waifu has a personality they don't like, you'll often see people calling them "best girl" because they like anime girls with blue and short hair and she has both.
>Bodytype
This one has the least variation, but you'll basically only see loli/shota, highschool kids, senior citizens and nothing inbetween.
Weebs and otaku have garbage taste so they never like the old men or women, so its basically down to whether or not they like highschool kids or regular kids. Sometimes these things will try to age up women by slapping massive ridiculous tits on a highschool body and calling it a mom, but the variations are usually slight and mostly boil down to how hilariously oversized the sexual bits are.

This is why a change in hairstyle is seen as a big deal in Japanese media, to weebs and otaku the hairstyle is one of the core pillars of an entire character, when they go from a bob to a hime cut it completely changes how that character interacts with their autism.
