I personally think those lewd models are tasteless and vulgar, but that's alright. If he enjoys it and some people like it, there's no problem. Maybe he just wants practice and that's good enough as it is, just because he can model characters doesn't mean he's necessarily skilled enough to get a job in the industry, which is extremely competitive and demanding.
Also, using Blender has nothing to do with being a newbie. I used 3DS Max professionally for years until I switched to Blender and never looked back.

Some people like it a lot I think, particularly with stacking Crowbars and Glasses. Personally I only use it sparingly when I'm very far away from enemies because of the infinite range. The damage is very high, which will affect the damage of your procs as well, but I always have the feeling that the number of procs is better in terms of pure dps than proccing with high damage.

That actually seems like a very viable build for arti. In my experience using her quite a bit on monsoon, the only good runs I've had where the ones with the highest mobility. As long as you move fucking fast, you already have enough damage by default to kill shit fairly quickly without having to rely too much on additional damage items.

Literally just code better AI. I'm pretty sure the friendly units are using enemy a.i which is super stupid because the enemy really just relies on swarm tactics, they're really doing anything fancy to attack you.
Some units have slightly more interesting attack patterns but the general AI is still the same.
Drones need actual evasive AI, as in they try to position themselves near you, but away from enemy lines of fire.

Also as a follow up, the flying AI in general seems non existent? I'm pretty sure they literally just path to the nearest open space they can shoot you from and even then I see wisps and shit sometimes just faceplant into the ground forever for no real reason?

Drones would need to first even attempt the barest dodging maneuvers, even if its keeping everything the same but maybe just zigzg instead of moving in straight lines and also learn to path with other flying enemies as obstacles and on top of that maybe learn to stay x distance away from the map geometry? the maps don't really change so you could just build a network of nodes for the air ai to take that would make them infinitely smarter
