As far as I'm aware, no. The creator is hard at work on it, however.

Most hacks are WIP in perpetuity. Those that aren't are largely just lazy art swaps(like Tales of the Emblem), or are hilariously bad rewrites(like MK404 emblem). Then there's horrible, HORRIBLE hacks that had potential(the last promise), or are just bad(gheb). I don't really recommend any other hacks that I've actually played, with a single exception: Order of the Crimson Arm, AKA tacthack. It's got fantastic writing, fantastic spritework, great characters, and awesome maps.

the process of animating the sprites themselves is actually pretty easy. hack technology has increased since i started this project and it is easier than ever. the hard part is making the sprites. since i'm not talented at all in regards to spriting, i have to just edit existing sprites but that in and of itself is a tedious process as well.

shortbows in this game are basically bow wo daos. high crit and only archer and sniper classes can use them. it is kind of ironic nomads are in this and can't use them when in the original FE7, shortbows are stated to be bows created by nomads. also longbows are limited to archers/snipers as well.
