I do think Mario Odyssey isn't as good as Mario 64, but they're super close. I mostly felt like the stars were much trickier to get in 64 than the moons were in Odyssey, and they tried to alleviate this by simply making there be way more moons, which didn't add to the game play.

BotW isn't a very good Zelda game. But it's an amazing game. I feel like BotW could have been ANY game. Simply swap some names around and make a new protagonist and no one would have ever known it was a Zelda game. I don't think it had any of what hardcore oldschool Zelda fans were looking for. But, on its own merits I think it's an incredible game and I loved it.

OoT and MM are just barely below TP for me, to the point where I don't mind if someone says they're better. I happen to like TP's strong points and not be bothered by its flaws. As for SS, I have very little nice to say of substance towards WW and BotW to me is just a slightly less shitty WW. SS at least has the Lanayru region which counts for something.

Sunshine would have been good if 70% of its content wasn't garbage that had minimal to no platforming like the Hotel level. having to play each level to shine sprite 7 killed the game

Odyssey destroys every other 3D Mario game. There are plenty of actual shit 3D Mario games, like 3D World.

BotW is the best 3D Zelda other than MAYBE Majora's Mask, and only because the time system in that game was so great and immersive.

Cloud powerup is fun and felt like an actual classic style powerup in a 3D game.

The Galaxy 1 powerups all suck.

I used to think that too, but then I realized that I only thought so because I played Galaxy first so it was all new ideas. However, pound for pound Galaxy 2 introduces just as many new ideas, and is simply Galaxy except tighter. It's weakest point is the crown world.
