that's just because they made his nose and lips big and the lighting in the general store is super dark, his complexion isn't actually that dark and he has otherwise white features. they should have just made all the nigs have boxcars tier lips and nose though so it would be obvious, easy pete has a different nose and his lips are obscured by his beard

I know there is an old people race in skyrim, ironically it has the opposite problem where the "old people" race is turbo dark for some reason a lot of the old white people look mulatto like vignar gray-mane

But what I meant by race is an option that is missing in character gen. That's why the player can't look very old without mods.
