Dualshock 4. I have a stick and a fight pad but both of them are worn down from excessive use and the stick has hardware malfunctions.

the most work you'll need to do is maybe stripping wires if you don't buy a pinout kit, or sometimes certain pcbs require you to solder on the touchpad button which takes like 30 seconds

Keyboard. 40€ mechanical with cherry red mx switches. Its also extremly good for platformers where many people will tell you its unplayable on keyboard like meatboy. Which would be true if you played it on rubberdom keyboard.

I only use this for dash and mash games. hands are too close and retarded angle
