the enhanced editions are full of bugs that can break quest lines and you have to use the command console to fix it sometimes
all they did was add an easily obtainable mod that lets you play with BG2 classes in BG (I personally don't like this as it breaks the balance of the game) and at higher resolutions
their content they made is outright garbage, full of stereotypical sjw shit and they even changed some character's personalities to fit this
