Its a shame, since Eddys helicopter hair is still garbage in comparison to his height boots, and pebble in shoe Ed builds / 3 shoe beating Rolfs are still the meta.

You CAN beat them now, they just have the advantage still. They balanced the stats on Rolfs 3 shoe beating a bit but still haven't fixed it. It's only supposed to be usable when Rolf has the broken back debuff, which slows him greatly. Rolf can use it all the time, though. There's no reason to even use his hat of discipline anymore.

Yeah but the 3 shoe beating is still better overall. Hat of Discipline is really good at one-shotting Double D mains, though. Im sick of our Double D getting one shot when we go literally anywhere and we happen to pass by a Rolf.
