There's a lot of pinball stages but few never let you land like a real pinball machine would. No fighting allowed on mine.

Also if anyone's a fan of scrap brain zone from sonic 1 for the genesis I encourage you to search the keyword online.. there's some pretty amazing ones out there.

I went through so many stage styles from underground to hard top rooms and just figured the bricks and unown to represent it well.. and I thought the norfair music hit the nail on the head pretty well.

Someone besides me is uploading lewds to smashstages.com, they've already got We Won't Freeze on there as well as some I never saw.
I'll still keep track of everything I can for my personal archive (which might end up as a mega folder or similar in the future) and download things I don't get from the site to add to it.
Additionally, the site has it's own tool for adding stages to your save now so you don't have to actually edit the save yourself.

They remove them one by one from my experience. What I don't know is if they prolong a ban if you are banned already and they still have stages of yours to remove.

I didn't get it because ClubLopunny was the end of my space and by the time I was able to get back into Smash after dumping it was gone. I guess I could still get the sfw cradle version
I figured I'd have a little more time, but it's rough since to be safe from an online ban I backup and restore my nand before and after homebrew, and they take about 2 hours each.

Sadly you can only do that with homebrew, you have to hack your switch to get the savedata off it and upload it to the site.
People have been posting guides for it, if you have an early switch model it's actually pretty easy to do, but you'll have to be careful to not get your console permabanned.

Right, the only exception I made to this was the wii, which i hacked after nintendo blocked the trucha bug, which meant that I couldn't play smash bros anymore ( it released in america way earlier than europe ), and having to update the hack constantly was pretty annoying.

I had a similar experience. I got my 3DS banned from online for playing Pokemon Moon online a week early(yeah I'm an idiot). Had to constantly update the online code assigned to my 3DS as every new code would get banned. Luckily things have calmed down now and I haven't had to update that code for a while.
Still made me decide to stick to the straight and narrow for the Switch lifespan

By the way, I read an user asking me if I can put more openings in Haunted House. Unfortunatelly this is impossible for two reasons:

>Even if I don't use thin platforms, I cannot animate physically separated elements as a group. ie. the stage has three identical rail for the three capes I use to make the house, and the three capes are identical in size as you can see if you move the camera.

This stage builder is quite cool, but has some mistakes yet that I hope they fix in previous games.

I still find it fascinating how Homebrew methods change over time.
Seeing the Switch hacked by putting a paperclip in just the right spot reminds me of the Wii being hacked due to giving your horse an especially long name in Zelda or rubbing two PSP batteries together to create a special battery that enables homebrew.
Always an interesting scene but I don't necessarily have to be actively involved in it.

I do love how much this stuff advances too though, back when the wii homebrew started it was a long process of installing shit and editing the OSes, now it's all one automated process that does all the work for you in like 15 minutes.

Had a feeling it was this one, I've seen it posted quite a few times in these threads, so some of them probably weren't you.
It's a very eye catching stage in the thumbnail and once you get into it it's really cool to see the sun rotate and the little details and care put into it. It really is all about the thumbnails.

Hi, meant to post this last night but I accidentally fell asleep.

This is the first of my "gapped Ladle" series of stages. It's the ultimate in competitive custom Smash because 1) the sides of the Ladle (diamonds) prevent those cheap kills and enforce skill, while 2) the bottom of the Ladle means you can't do under-stage stalling and have to be careful with your recovery. Finally, 3) the cylinders make unfair ledge guarding and ganks harder. The ladle has holes to drain the liquid, the bottom is hot because it was dipped into soup, and there are soup pieces inside (cylinders). It's a kinda abstract metaphor, but maybe those of you with college degrees will get it. In the future I will continue to make Ladle stages with the same layout and different backgrounds, because this sets the new paradigm for smash. The Ladle forces you to apply the Smash onstage fundamentals vs relying on cheap tactics like ORYAH! ORYAH!

...Aside from that, I tried being a little more artistic with this one. The background is supposed to be a day/night cycle, with sunrise/sunset in between. If you don't recognize at least the 2 characters I "drew" I have failed. Hopefully you guys enjoy this one.

Fuck it, gonna shill my own Artifact Temple stage here. It’s one of two stages I’ve uploaded but I’m pretty proud of how it came out. Platforms on the sides are so it’s not a FD clone, and the background is supposed to be Tallon Overworld with Phazon veins seeping up. Music is Cavern cause I wanted something reminiscent of themes you hear in Chozo areas.
