These are all very rare.
Very few people cheat and most cheaters are kicked.
Most games have a few support players, and if they don't, switch yourself. Medic, Engineer, Spy, Sniper, defensive Demo or Pyro, etc. All can be fun.
Only shit like CtF are likely to have a significant amount of players ignoring the objective, and if they are, you focus on it. Often a few of the opponents will also focus on it and you can have tons of fun playing what's basically a 2-8 player game while others fuck around near you.
Autobalance is bullshit, but probably only a single percent of games ever have such a thing happen. It just sticks out more when it does.
