The resolution and overall vision was terrible, sharpness only in the middle of the screen meaning that when you look up with the headset and look down with your eyes everything will be a blurry mess. Actually it has pretty serious mod support. Several mods to simulate realistic eye movements, and facial expressions.
Mods can also have them breath, moan, react to sex, or even load any audio clip and make the girl look like she's saying whatever you want.

Wait for an eye tracking headset (preferably with pancake lenses). Eye tracking allows for foveated rendering which means you can render literally 20x less pixels. When fovetaed rendering becomes standard games in vr will be easier to render than on current displays. The jump will be enormous.
