>mobile """gaming""" When will mobile devs learn to be creative? every shitty mobile "game" uses these retarded timers for every single thing and that's not the only problem. Look at games like L2R or Aura Kingdom and even the SAO browser game, they're always the same copy-pasted retarded mechanics: combat power, automated combat, armor and weapons leveling and upgrading and other time-wasting bullshit boring beyond understanding. Then the stupid daily activities that give you chests or boxes inside other boxes that contain the most useless of shit. Why is this allowed to stay afloat?
This is just about the RPG side of mobile """gaming""" let's not talk about the RTS minus R games. Thousands of cloned apps that only use different graphics and are always the same boring as shit pattern: base with fixed buildings, the bunker, the automated mines, combat power (of course this cannot be missed), upgrades that take weeks if not MONTHS... and the credits or the diamonds to speed everything up paying as little as 399$ for a month worth of speed ups. Is Google insane? why would they even allow apps like these to be played by underages?
Then there're the puzzle games... no comment. If you're a dev working on any of these shitty apps, you should seriously make a favor to humanity and unironically consider sudoku.
Infinity blade was enjoyable, even if it was just jewish punch out.
Jonathan Smith
Although I heard about this one a lot I've yet to try it myself. Does it have the daily activities bullshit too? I heat that one thing the most.
Ayden Foster
Nah, how they go full jewish is gear and money earnings. Enemies level up fast and gear/money drops eventually don't keep up with them. It's possible to do it with pure skill but later enemies will just have a ton of health compared to how much damage you do. There's no energy system if that's what worries you. The game does rouge lite NG+ where dying resets the run(not that long of a game per playthrough)
Luis Roberts
Are there any good games that don't have ads or energy or gems or any of that bullshit? I don't even mind if it costs a dollar or two. I've been trying to find for a game with shitty graphics that'll take me back to middle school playing runescape on the computers at the library. Something with a world that was hand crafted that you can explore fully from the get go but high level enemies are the only things blocking some areas off. I'm sick of randomly generated bullshit and scaling enemies and handholding.

mobile games are good way to milk the billions of Asians for their money and make big bucks. Asians are very prone to addictive gambling habits, hence why gacha shit does so well in Japan Korea and China. They can’t stop themselves, so all the companies make gacha to leech off of massive Asian market full of whales.
Josiah Robinson
Mobile gaming is unsalvageable
Aaron Rodriguez
They have no reason to because shit sells and you can't do anything about it. Best thing to do is buy one of those older "pure gaming" handhelds and a flashcart.
Levi Evans
mobage market isn't actually interested in making games, it's just out there to target gullible people.
Nitrome makes some alright games on mobile though, Redungeon is pretty good.
>Play one of the Zeronia games >Get really far into it >Lol you can't level past this point even if the boss kicks your ass II want to actually beat one of those fucking games for once
Henry Russell
I've seen some games with nice story and detailed design but the fact that's it's made into a shitty p2w app ruins everything.
I'm also looking for some relaxing RPG that just lets me enjoy playing it without trying to waste my time or steal my money in a way or another but it's hard to find one, I'm sure there must be at least one even with bad graphics that's actually good, maybe with aesthetics-only purchases? as long as it's not stressful p2w crap I'd play anything, I've even installed Bluestacks just for this.
>Nitrome I'll check it out. It's not like I got anything else to do while waiting for my dwarf to grind 200k adena for a shitty upgrade in L2R anyway.
My bad, I've yet to catch up with DAL S3. I will watch it later once I start the next 17h upgrade in one of the shitty strategy games I'm playing so I can just marathon the whole series at once.
Anthony Roberts
Its shitty because its designed to suck money out of suckers.
How the fuck do I level up faster in that game? literally stopped playing 4 because the enemies fucking one-shot me
Thomas Young
Dissidia Final Fantasy Opera Omnia is pretty good. It's gacha mostly, but there's almost no timer/energy systems, and the gacha element has pity counters out the ass. Plus, it's Final Fantasy fanwank for days. Super accessible; highly recommend.
Play chaos rings, the first three. If you can find them I mean, they took all of them except for 3 off the store for reasons. The first final fantasy dimensions is a great underappreciated V style game.

vampires fall origins

Another Eden is pretty good, it's one of those weird cases where despite having gacha, it's not that important. It's a solid rpg
For me it's king's raid. Solid story, good graphics, nothing is gacha only, heros and costumes aren't behind gacha and are super easy to get. Lewd too.
I couldn't find it on the play store, is it region restricted? I manged to find an alternative source and it's installing the full files now, let's see how it goes.

Order of the holy Grail and war of Valkyrie are pretty neat 5 minute games. Grail is a pseudo rpg where you go up a tower and collect equipment Diablo style. War of Valkyrie is kind of similar, But you basically summon characters of varying classes and grades and try to get to the next area. You will eventually have to give up your characters to Valhalla like Valkyrie profile, but you get benefits that usually make anyone summoned after a bit stronger.
It could be your phone just doesn't support it due to firmware, and that can cause it to not show up in the store. But even if that happens, you can still play some games with no issue, so it's worth a try.
Matthew Watson
If I had a phone I'd probably play Honkai Impact 3. Looks like a fun light hack and slash, with some elements from Bayonetta. youtu.be/sAGJJXqpbPc

Rome Total war and the older civ games are on mobile for a few bucks.
Camden Sanders
It's all about grind. Grind mobs for xp until you lvl up
Brandon Wright
There are some mobile MOBAs (mobile legends vainglory and AoV) out there. You still have to pay for characters like lol/hots but theres a free rotation and the characters are priced as fairly as in regular mobas.
Well, it's running alright so far, just have to wait for the download of all the games files to finish, I don't like streaming the game as I play it because my connection isn't very stable, I chose the full install. I may need to expand the storage I reserved for app files if it's over 10GB.
Still, how big is it? I'm downloading at 200-300 KB/s and the progress bar is still at less than 3%.
Kayden Sanchez
It's 2.81 gigs on my phone.

Bluestacks is what all the kool kids use nowadays. There is a "loader" called Bluestacks Tweaker by XDA that lets you install the pro version for free and can remove most of the botnet too, just leaving the base android features you need to install and run apps. For me it's a must, I could play PUBGM like a pro with this, because my tablet not only has shit specs and can't run 90% of the games properly but has pretty bad touch sensibility too since it's a Chinese unbranded one I found for cheap, if it weren't for the 10" screen I needed to read manga comfortably, I would've never bought this tablet.
Isaiah Gray
The cutest Battle Cat. Can just never get far enough to actually obtain her, I recently stopped altogether against my first zombie horde because I got murdered hard.
>When will mobile devs learn to be creative? No incentive. You retards will buy gems until your bank account is empty for a literal waifu animation outsourced to chinks for pennies.
Tyler Richardson
>just reinstalled infinity blade 2 >found every equip masters with a shitton of money Forgot how much I abused IAP free
Blake Fisher
Epic 7's pretty good. Yes it's a gacha game, but it's pretty solid all around, and most characters fill their niche or can do a good job. New players get a free 10 roll you can reroll for 30 times, and there's currently a guilty gear collab with a free sol badguy unit, that is actually good because contract stipulations say that sol cannot be a bad unit.
Brayden Perry
There's plenty of fun mobile games. You don't play them because you don't know about them. Only the """AAA"""" mobile titles get shilled with huge budgets targeting normies like that Marvel fighter and that Harry Potter "game" Unless you honestly think Yea Forums suddenly loves Kim Kardashian style tapfests enough to shill that slytherin trap girl out of fucking nowhere? Then you're hopeless.
I was looking for an android emulator, thanks for the recommendation.
Gabriel Price
You dont need a phone to play Houkai Impact 3rd. The devs have a PC option on their website. I downloaded it myself and looks like its an Android Emulated made by Tencent. Works perfectly fine for Houkai, though you will need to set up the controls with a controller or keyboard.
The game itself is really generous with gems and the Gacha aspect of it wont really impact your enjoyement of the game itself. It rears its head once you get to the Endgame lvl 70+ competitive modes. But aside from that, all other content is beatable. Thankfully you can even get around that with proper theorycrafting and making teams that compliment each other very well. I can beat out some of the whales in my guild when we do guild bosses. Of my top 3 characters, only one has any gacha equipment, and shes the weakest of the three. Its a really fun game, and I feel like its criminally underrated. Its an action based game with minimal gacha interference that can be overcome with effort.
Liam Taylor
I wish it didn't suck so hard playing games with a touchscreen. My phone has the processing power to be an incredible emulation handheld, but it just sucks trying to play with touchscreen buttons and I don't want to have to carry around a controller.
Jace Reyes
It's really great, you can run multiple instances of it at once to play more apps at the same time, it's basically a virtual machine engine configured for android. Android by default cannot keep 2 apps running at the same time, if it does it eventually clears one of the 2 from the RAM to make space for performance and this is an annoying limitation I needed to get around, there weren't any working hacks.
Nicholas Sanchez
mobile games aren't made to be good, they're made to be profitable and/or time consuming. the same could be said for modern games on most platforms but it will always be a larger problem for mobile games, because in any dev's eyes, if you wanted to play a good game, you wouldn't play it on a phone.
Wyatt Collins
How does jailbreak works nowadays? Got an iPad on latest firmware, and wanted to get me some free IAP purchases

It’s not you. Touchscreens are innately terrible. No feedback + massive input lag. Where the fuck am I supposed to play a good game? Particularly a multiplayer one. There hasn’t been a good multiplayer game in fucking years.
Nathan Long
Everyone used a cracked apk, and even then it was fucking horrendous gameplay. But, it had the first real Harry Potter content since fucking deathly hallows. Friend told me the play was good, but she’s also a retard that reads HP fanfiction. >image of good game You mean, something you have to pay five dollars for that is worse than flash games from fifteen years ago?
Andrew Rogers
I love clock!
Austin Wright
Not that user but I'm mostly looking for "new" (2012 and later I guess) games with multiplayer, I own RTW the PC ver and although it crashes sometimes, it still goes strong so I'd rather stick with the original unless the android port has a new multiplayer feature. I'm not very fond of the civilization series though, maybe I'll play the android port if it's easy to find.
