i want a first-person rpg-lite shooter with an anime artstyle pretty badly. actually if it were ideal it would have a way to switch perspectives between third and first person that way your custom character would be visible if you wanted them to be but if you wanted to engage from right behind your weapon you could switch back to FPS mode. i felt like for all it's flaws Wildlands actually had a pretty great mechanic in that it was third person with first person ads option. i was disappointed they didn't include that with the new Division game. but yeah i wanna make a waifu and then operate pretty badly, i think fatal bullet is the only thing even remotely similar to this but the guns have zero weight or responsiveness to them so it's really no where near what i'd like to see. i need the gunplay to feel like it was handled by a competent western developer (i only say this because even eastern devs admit part of why they don't really produce shooters is because the west does it so well. i think they could make something great if they put their minds to it.)

Don't know much about them but from what I know there's always certain "roles" that are always reused (grappler, rushdown, ranged faggot, etc.) and a lot of the time moves and shit are just clones of other titles with the excuse I've heard of it being a "genre staple". And I don't really play them anymore so correct me if I'm wrong but there's not a lot of difference between the newer titles and the old ones.

A significant number of the good ones are one-offs that don't do well enough globally to warrant a sequel most of the time and for those that do we see a lot of repeated mechanics with almost no changes between entries in the series. Hell most of the games you posted aren't exactly new, compare those to the number of turn based RPGs there are and that have been released recently.
