I see tons of cats in games, but never any game that tried to replicate how a cat actually acts.

Tons of them replicate how (trained) dogs behave, but not just ordinary cats.

Dwarf Fortress. The cat AI gets like 1,000 times more love than all other animals, so much so to the point that cats have insane amounts of possible AI possibilities.
