I think you'll be OK OP, I don't know what you paid but I paid $30 for some ricer Redragon Perdition MMO mouse nearly 5 years ago and it's held up to cigarettes, grease, liquids, etc. I plan to order my next mechanical keyboard from them just to see. Be wary, but breathe a bit easier.
