Rockstar employee here. By now it's pretty much leaked that we are working on GTA VI (big shock), but the fact that it will be set in 80's/90's and current day Vice City isn't yet widely known.
What are your suggestions of music to include (remember the 80's/90's/current time period)
>They fucked up the story by including 3 protagonists and switching between them >Now they will take it to the next level and fuck up the story by having it play across three seperate decades and switching between them
Oliver Ortiz
>80's Yeah cause that shit isn't played out already
Jace Roberts
i'm just a community employee which means I deal with .. community questions and stuff.. so normal 40 hour weeks. I'm not a programmer or anything.
since you giving away your job position aint you scared of being found out? Every company checks this shithole
Jonathan Adams
>Larping this hard.
Zachary Lopez
Rockstar is pretty well known for not giving two fucks what anyone actually thinks about what they do in their games. If you really are an employee, you must be new, and you'll probably be getting fired soon.
>not making in san diego and tijaunaa. >not doing a cartel story line >not doing the a border crossing with 10 grams of cocaine, and just saying American, to get through.
Andrew Richardson
Maybe he isn't. Maybe he's probably some disk jockey hired by them to help produce the music
Nolan Kelly
nah i'm not using my own wifi or laptop right now
Grayson Taylor
tell the devs that rage is a shit engine and unreal is better
Evan White
>Rockstar employee here. Prove it faglord, what was for lunch last week?
Lincoln Powell
>Rockstar employee here. Fuck up ya we prick. I'm gonna come shite in yer lobby on Monday morning.
pretty hell to get to but i guess it's ok, the developers have way more perks than the rest of us though.
Evan Watson

Charles Bailey

And just like that, CDPR's Cyberpunk 2077 is DEAD.
Justin Gray
Here's a question, why do you all hate exploitation movie-era '70s San Fierro? It's literally the perfect setting for GTA
definitely, buddy of mine showed me some alpha shots and they really nailed the effects to make it look retro
Ryder Gomez
Elastica, Blur and Oasis music!
Xavier Brooks
we don't re-use songs
Colton Gonzalez
Who decides which songs go into the game?
Joseph Ross
if you're legit you just cucked yourself. a master's degree and you're working in community management non-dev function at rockstar, and you have some level of access to GTA 6. there's no way there's more than two such people, if even two.
fun fact: Sam himself *forcibly* suggested we include a Eurobeat/Eurotechno station.
Carter Perez
mainly david who is our sound design lead but he asks for input and suggestions from the entire team and in turn we love to spam him a shit ton of tracks (most are by Sam Houser lel)
As long as you guys put another hall and Oates song in there I'd be alright.
Kiss on my list should be good enough.
Adam Taylor
Fuck gta, is there any hint for a rdr2 single player dlc or rdr1 remastered? Did you give up on red dead online?
Michael Brooks
Last I checked it was Ivan and Sam who had control of the final yes/no on the soundtrack suggestions -- has he left?
Thomas Lewis
Tell us "Rockstar employee", what is your job at the company.
Henry Flores
CTRL F his tripcode and read the thread retard.
Cameron Scott
Because every time someone suggests something they forget modern GTA are too used to satirizing America to make anything else. Anything else is dismissed as a flyover.
