Compared to the other party members? If you argued that you'd be wrong. Your right that Ann does have a problem in getting overshadowed by the other girls in p5. That I think has more to with how the narrative is told, the shit new party member of the month formula that persona has fallen into. Than an actual bland personality, but if you replaced a character from any other team with her. That team would definable lose out on a uniqueness that Ann fails to replace. Where as Ann could (and is) easily be replaced.
