MK was never really mechanically deep in the first place so i don't know what they're expecting

Both. I rented it the weekend it came out, and enjoyed it thoroughly, but not nearly enough for a $40 price tag. It finally dropped from $15 to $8 at redbox for a full purchase so I snatched it up. I've done a couple online missions and the non-dailies are usually dead, and the dailies usually take a good 10 minutes of waiting to find someone.
There's a few groups on the ps community that match with people, and I play at terrible hours for america so I can't say if it's super lively but I have no real issue finding people, I just have shit on in the background if the queue takes longer than the time it takes for me to craft/set inventory.
