first go to the closest state library you have. If you are not an amerifat then you are in luck as the library in your capital has an even higher chance of containing, at the very least, further directions to one of the 666 Necronomicons in the world.
Second, ask one of the librarians for directions to the religious section and start searching for anything that could give you a slight hint as to where one might find the book. Most of the time you will only find directions to other locations/people/etc that might have a copy.
That should get you on the trail. Remember, the faster you do this, the less time your brother has to rot.

I'm about reaching my point. Excessive grind in games brought on by loot boxes and microtransactions. Incomplete games being pushed out the door to meet deadlines. The market being flooded by the exact same game when something gets popular. More and more services popping up, all requiring different accounts. Franchises I once cared deeply for being ruined and turned into generic games for the mass appeal attempt, ultimately ending with the franchise being discontinued.
