you posted the gameplay of the ball carrier which has no sp as a game design to be catched and killed, and so he has no mobility which is a fundamental part of s4 league, of course it is a boring clip, but it doesnt mean the entire game is boring

Most people praise the artstyle and soundtrack, but for me it's all about how good everything feels to do. Everything you do in this game looks so cool. From the reload animations to the walljumps, all of it is stylish and esper and shooting but also sports.
