The problem with capitalism is that we have conflated wealth with ethics. Since humans care about fairness the only way to justify these massive wealth discrepancies is by believing these people are superior and deserve it.
We're told hard work will net you rewards but in reality somebody like Ninja has the easiest job in the world and makes in a month what some people will make in their lives.
