Nuclear Throne. I'm glad I played Gungon first because I think NT is so superior that it actually spoils Gungeon, it's that hard to go back to
Playing Smash right now
Looking to get more games: I have DKC, Tennis, Odyssey, Kirby & Smash. I don't like Shooters & Exploration games. What should I get next? Is Yoshi any good? I was recommended that but the demo was kinda boring. ARMS I tried getting into but the visual & sound design is abysmally dreadful so I didn't dig it at the end. Also no 3rd party stuff, don't like/care about those.
I just wish we would get a good sale here in the US. Europe had a fantastic sale earlier in the month, one better than the Christmas sale.
I’ve been playing both atfter 300 hours of Issac.
NT is probably more “fun” because its more arcady and faster, but ETG has more interesting weapons and greater depth. Gettinga little tired of both though because they are frusterating.
Been playing FFIX (never have). I’m looking for an easy liighthearted game, maybe will buy Golf Story or something
Playing Zelda
Gal*Gun 2
Why the fuck isn't there a single JRPG on this console that is as good as P5?
because you cant be a personafag without comparing it to everything else like Dark soulfags
Currently working my way through Sundered Eldritch Edition and Warhammer Champions. Enjoying myself with both.
Previously I were playing Tangledeep and The Friends of Ringo Ishikawa.
Cope
Deltarune Chapter 1. I hate the d-pad a lot. I wish that fujosji Fire Emblem Three Houses mistake of a game would be cancelled. Fucking butt ugly Switch game. Buying DQ11 Switch on day 1, hoping for Luigi\s Mansion 3 and Animal Crossing Switch news soon.
>Fucking butt ugly Switch game
Not exactly surprising at this point since most Switch games look like ass.
I'm selling it.
Any of you modded your switches?? I'm thinking of buying one for the modding scene
A metric butt Ton of dragons dogma. My first time playing it, and it's pretty dang great. Then I play a little smash, practicing with joker
have sex
How is Friends of Ringo Ishikawa? I've been really interested in it but haven't found too much on the game itself.
>"Persona 5 will be 3DS exclusive"
>"Persona 5 will be Wii U exclusive"
>Persona 5 announced for PS3 and later PS4
>"P5R will be Switch exclusive"
>P5R teaser starts with PS logo
>"I-It's VR!"
>Persona 5 The Royal confirmed as an RPG and listed as PS4 only on the main site
>"P5S will be a Switch port"
>It's a Musou spinoff
>"W-Wait for E3!"
This is just getting sad
Picross S3. I should be saving these puzzles since they'd be great on the plane in a few weeks but I'm addicted. Color Picross is neat, but I recommend the 3rd control option for it.
I've been playing pic related since February because I want to buy Atelier Lulua on day one late next month. I am now over halfway through Meruru so I'll achieve my goal, it's been a great time.
Axiom Verge. I mean, it's an alright Metroid-like, but not that great. It's certainly no Super Metroid. The biggest problem I have is the lack of mobility in comparison to Samus. The character can't do as many neat tricks. I do like the weapons though, and some of the abilities like the wall phase are neat. Also, music is pretty nice in some areas. Bosses are tedious though, and take way too much time to chip away. Once you learn their pattern it's just a matter of standing there for 20 minutes, not getting hit by the projectiles you easily learn after the second try or so.
Wario's Woods actually, I tried it out yesterday for the first time and it's actually pretty fun.
Wow you mean Yea Forums is different people with different opinions?
How are the Fate games in switch? I really want to get BlazBlue CF but pads look uncomfortable
>get news out of fucking nowhere that Lumines Remastered is getting a physical release
>learn that it's FUCKING LIMITED RUN doing it
>shit happened today
>just so happened to wake up early this day
>by some miracle, snagged an Ultimate Edition despite the heavy traffic
>shit literally sold out in under 2 minutes
Shit was intense mang. Can't wait to resell the damn thing to recoup the ridiculous prices of buying physical in the first place
I really enjoyed my playthrough and restarting mid save to, for example, study up on my grades instead of working evenings at the video store.
... Spite my enjoyment there is only ONE ending which I only found out after beating the game.
I can't fully recommend it, tho, if you take the plunge minus that glaring issue i found it to be highly enjoyable and does have a degree of replayability, just not to the extent of what it may have been.
Tales of Vesperia
What do you do in these games? Is it like Dragon Quest or something?
So what comes after the switch? Do they make another hybrid console? Woudln't That create the Wii U dilemma, where people don't understand the difference between the two consoles and don't buy it? Do they make a home-only console and sacrifice the selling point of their current console?
Picross S3
Nice TV. Samsung?
Practicing smash so my friends stop raping me
Finishing up Baba is You and got Katana Zero next on the list. Downloading Zodiac Age since I never got to play it
>tfw my botw game cart is fucked
It only reads the game if I press it down in the game slot. Once I let it go it can't read it anymore. Every other game cart works fine so I think it's just the cart. Mildly upset.
Honestly not sure. But think about it this way, some parents suffered the same confusion back in the day. They said things like "You already have a Nintendo. You don't need another one. Why can't this one play your old games?". However, they marketed it right, and got enough people to understand that it's an actual upgrade and not just the same thing.
It's possible that if they just keep the marketing team they currently have, and not fuck this up, they can maybe release another Switch-like console. Though I would recommend they name it something different. Not something retarded like "Switch U" or whatever. It has to be simple enough for your average consumer to understand.
How's Dragons Dogma run?
So, if I had to guess, it's something wrong with one of the pins on the game cart. One of them probably isn't making contact or something.
Been playing Darksiders, and got the new Box Boy downloading right now.
Is Moero Chronicles any good? I like monster girls, and it's 30% off, but is there any substance to it?
It's a repetitive and faintly grindy dungeon crawler, but if you want to get your rocks off and don't want to go download free ecchi, sure
The Caligula Effect: Overdose
Wow that was easy
Nintendo Switch X then
Nintendo Switch DS Where it’s 2 Switches taped together to double the processing power
1080p solid 30 Dock
720p 30 with occasional drops
Overall pretty damn good
There are some JRPGs better than P5 on it. Going off memory Labyrinth of Refrain and Octopath Traveler are significantly better, and they're not very good to say the least. Haven't finished Xeno2.
Before you text cope, I've played the game on PS4.
Ys VIII.
>Is Moero Chronicles any good? I like monster girls, and it's 30% off, but is there any substance to it?
I'd say it's $20 good, so yeah.
Just stop and fuck off

>Refrain
>Octopath
>better that P5
Pretty much brainlet taste
People understood the difference between the DS and 3DS. It's too early to talk about this since the system is barely two years old, probably might get back to this discussion in 3-4 years.
>The Caligula Effect: Overdose
>Labyrinth of Refrain and Octopath Traveler are significantly better
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH
Imagine having taste this fucking bad.
Just got Ys8 a couple days ago. Also Virtua Racing.
I wish these fucks would do sales in europe
The same sale applies to Europe.
Make a US account and get a preloaded US eshop card off the online store of choice.
Hey, I absolutely abhor P5. What can I do about it. No need for histrionics either, you're not supposed to be underage.
Haven't played it either. Got it 25 euros and just opened it to check if the cart worked.
NISA did a pretty huge sale on physical games last Christmas on Spain.
Or he could just go to the EU eShop to find out everything listed is also on sale. It's rare for eShop sales in general not to apply to both US and EU.
Smash and Splatoon 2, but I want to start Nine Parchments this weekend. I loved the demo and bought it on sale some time ago but I'm only just getting to my backlog now.
Does anyone here have DQHeroes I+II? Did they ever patch the fps problem?
Also I only have 1,001¥ left on my Japanese account, any recommendations for Japan exclusives for under 1k¥ ?
Battle Cats if you're into gacha tower defense games.
No one understood the difference between the wii and wii U
I’ll look into that thanks.
I think it's on sale right now. If not, it's usually on the top of the top selling list.
I didn't sign up for this shit. Stop spamming that damn chaos emerald!
I'm lazy so I'll copy-paste a comment I made elsewhere:
The battle system is simple but effective, it's classic turn-based battles with three party members (protagonist is fixed while you can swap the other two with various party members), skills, a dynamic turn order that's influenced by the characters' speed and by which actions you take (guarding will make your next turn come faster, using a skill makes it slower). Items are pretty powerful but the catch is that only the protagonist can create them through alchemy and use them, you can't just buy them in bulk and spam them like you would in other rpgs.
Alchemy is a really in-depth crafting system, you learn recipes throughout the game and you can make items from the materials you've bought or gathered during exploration/obtained from enemy drops. Some items require specific materials as ingredients while others only require a certain category and you can choose the specific material. Each material you collect can have traits, which are elements that can be passed on to the item you create with that material, such as stat buffs, added elemental damage, higher sell price, enhanced item effects and so on, letting you create items with heavily personalized uses.
They aren't very long games, I've beaten both Rorona and Totori in a little over 30 hours each. There is some replayability involved because there are many different endings you can get based on fulfilling certain requirements over the course of your playthrough, so if you want 100% completion, you'll probably have to play the game at least twice to set up and see every ending as some requirements can be pretty obscure.
So no, it's not like Dragon Quest aside from both being turn-based jrpgs.
Stardew valley, im completely hooked.
Keep rotating between Stardew valley, Disgaea 1 complete and Smash ultimate. Will start dragon's crown once I finish one of those.
I'd say just don't buy, but that won't stoo the shitty characters from leaking their way into other games and marketing
>Will start dragon's crown
user, I wish :(
Thanks, appreciate it.
Mariokart? Some of the best games are 3rd party user, try binding of isaac.
AH HA HA HA HA HA, AH HA HA HA HA HA OOOOOOOO HA HA HAAA
