I never had friends
Zombies Ate My Neighbors
I can't remember anything past 2014. I don't know why.
Something on the SNES, probably SMW. I remember my friend's mum took away his copy of street fighter because of the violence, lol.
What made me want a console of my own was playing crash bandicoot at another friend's house, got a PSX for my birthday that year.
/vr/
Idk why I laughed so hard at this
O.G. Street Fighter 2. His older sister was hot and would bully me when she won about getting beat by a girl.
Friends house I don't know, but I remember my dad taking me to one of his friends houses and he had a Megadrive and Sonic and it was the first time I'd ever seen it, it fucking blew my mind compared to the NES and C64 games I'd been playing until then. Also I went to visit my uncle one time and he had an Amiga with Megalomania on it and I played the absolute shit out of it. Both of those are my earliest games at another house memories but I can't reliably order them.
As for friends, there was some rich kid and his little brother who I befriended literally just to go to their place and play all their games in their piss stinking bedroom, and borrow new games from them like 3 days after they got them and got bored.
Bamp
Joust and Duck Hunt at one friend
Zoombinis and Fort Boyard at the other
Vice City.
Streets of Rage 2. I remember this vividly because my old man and lady wouldn't let me go to friends' houses unless they were on a first-name basis with their own parents, which was rarely an option
My friend had a Genesis and I still had an NES. It was either Sonic 1 or Streets of Rage. Good times.
Childhood traumas like sexual abuse are often blocked by the brain to protect the victim from reliving the horrible experience.
Vectorman or that weird Pacman point and click Genesis game
Hard to say. It may have been some Olympics game on an Apple II.
Wrestling games and mlb slugfest series.
Star fox 64. I was used to playing Pokémon so 3d games blew me away. I was too scared to do much aside from flying around in the training mode but it was enough for me
Pokemon Sapphire, I think.
Golden Axe on the Sega Genesis.
Sweet.
One of the Sonic games on the Megadrive (that's genesis for you burgers).
He was the kind of friend who played games while I only ever got to watch because they were "his games", but then when he came to my house he played all my games and didn't let me play because he was "the guest".
Basically I'm glad I beat the shit out of him in year 6.
My next door neighbor was Chinese, so I think it may have been Japanese Mario 2.
My neighbour was mexican so we played greek final Fantasy
