Can be fun. Lots to do is a plus, shallow gameplay and combat, and very shallow RPG mechanics (leveling, spell variety) are a big negative.
I give it a 7/10 with mods.
Bethesda needs to stop simplifying things just because it will still sell to dummies, and show some love for their long-time fans by bringing back RPG elements in their next TES title.
