Too much (poorly written) dialogue, the maps are pretty boring and the objectives are very repetitive. No replayability either.

The Battride War games were fun but then again, it's the only good Ridergames we got

Link is better than the first one because it focuses more on the game part rather than the VN part. The in-between stage segments don't drag on nearly as long because they aren't a half-assed dating sim spiel anymore and the story just gets right down to business instead. The re-work to the battle system also makes things feel a lot more faster paced and less tedious.

That said, it's still not a great game even if you're a fatetard.

It's fun. I think it's actually a little too fast. There's so many effects going off on the screen that I can't tell what's happening.

Yeah, don't know what they were thinking. I know musous are supposed to be braindead to an extent, but not to the point where you're moving so fast that it's just a smear of colors and explosions.

I was kinda disappointed by battride war 2 to be honest.

I have only played hyrule and fire emblem but hyrule was pretty fun.

I bought nitroplus blasterz for Saber. Don't really like the other characters. Too bad dengeki bunko ignition didn't come over for PC.

Still pissed off that Capcom never released Utage and 4 out of Japan.

Pirate Warriors 3 and Hyrule Warriors are pretty much the top tier ones. Most other ones range from "ok" to "forgettable".

This one wasn't bad, but it's more because the actual combat was closer to Sengoku Basara rather than the typical DW formula, so you could actually get creative with your combos.

Esitval versus had more enemies on screen but that game's combat is so sluggish you're basically forced to learn how to animation cancel for it to be fun

I loved EV but then again it was the first Senran game I played (outside of a few chapters of Burst, never got far into it since I wasn't enjoying it)

I'm sure it's worse than SV since that's all I ever hear when EV's brought up but if you go into it blind it's not bad by any stretch. Favorite characters to play as were Imu and Renka.

The Neptunia musou games are basically Senran with more enemies, complete with clothes ripping mechanics.

It's not bad it's just coming from SV's super fast movement to EV slower, every move has endlag on it was kinda gave me a lot of whiplash, also I've dedicated my heart to Ikaurga but Renka is most definitely cute
