SILKSONG FUCKING WHEN CMON TEAM FUCKHEAD I NEED IT
At least it gives me time to beat the fifth pantheon, jesus christ this is one of the hardest vidya things I've ever attempted.
There's only one solution user
IM FUCKING TRYING
I havent even seen absolute radiance yet. I'm in for a long ride
I believe in you user. If you were able to clear the previous 4 pantheons then you should be able to make it to AR. I recommend practicing the harder bosses like NKG and PV until you can do it without fail. That will save alot of deaths, atleast from my experience.
HORNY
FOR
HORNET
Yeah any deaths I have before that are just me being careless. Pure vessel I'm pretty comfy on, nkg should be easy but once your flow gets broken he just takes you to fucking pound town.
What do you mean user
>yfw silksong release date is announced at E3.
>It's also an epic store exclusive.
About to fight either Broken Vessel or Dung Defender, who do I fight first?
That's good news. Just take your time on the more annoying bosses Fuck Oblobbles and fuck Markoth and it should be cream gravy with the right charms
For obobbles I just wait until they line up together than spam shrieking abyss. For markoth I just pogo on him and eat the damage and it's not terrible. Fucking zote suprises me everytime. His attacks are so weird and he has a shocking amount of health
thats a long head
Dung boi, groundslam makes him a joke.
FUG:DDDDD:DD:DD:D
4u
I'm not very good at doing pogos, especially with Markoth and his Dreamshields. And i don't use spells often, more of a melee build kinda guy. Thats probably why Oblobbles are such a pain to fight for me.
I never really had trouble with Zote's fight. I'd say dash when he jumps at you, pogo when he charges, and jump the rest of the shockwaves. Staying alert is pretty important in his fight if you don't wanna get hit alot.
I'd say Dung Defender, pretty easy fight. And if you have Crystal Dash, you can nab Isma's Tear after defeating him and draining the acid
DAAAAA FUNDAAA
What are some protips for Dung's fight?
HORNY FOR HORNET
ICHTO BAS HAHA
user NO STOP
can't wait for Silksong but I feel like I'm going to get my ass kicked a lot harder trying to wrap my head around momentum based movement
Where the fuck did my picture of the Pale King with a really big crown go
Keep slashing at him when he's throwing dung, easy damage
keep him in the air when he throws himself
groundpound when he's underground
jump + downslash when he's swimming
try to stand close to him when he's gonna jump out of the dung if you can't groundpound him
That should be it
HORNY
FOR
HORNET!
Oh, here it is
WHAT ARE YOU DOING
Boy, you weren't kidding.
I want to bully and mating press this haughty bug
I fucking hate team cherry for showing a trailer that looks so complete yet is probably only an eighth of the entire game. Why is this allowed? I feel so blueballed.
Now where's that one picture of Grimm as Meat
I laughed for a good 3 minutes after seeing it
BRAVAAH!
but the Knight is genderless and not in a non binary way
same here I was expecting we'd have gotten more news by now
>eighth of the entire game
Are you sure about that?
They seemed to show A LOT in the trailer.
how much did they show in the Hollow Knight reveal
i just got this game on gog. what am i in for?
A game that exceeds your expectations. Leave the thread and go play it. Dont spoil yourself
great, thanks.
An easy game until you hit a wall and have to git gud that point varies from person to person and some can't hack it
D-dont say that
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA FUNDAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
Hornet is called the gendered child by the spider that tries to eat your face after every conversation.
Does that imply that all spiderbugs are genderless, and if so how did fucking Herrah work for the Pale King?
no it implies all of Pale King's other kids are genderless
A game that keeps going far longer than you ever possibly thought it could
And thats (unironically) a good thing
Just checked.
>youtube.com
Showed like around 12-13 enemies with loads of NPCs and 9-10 areas. This is like a year before the game came out.
>youtube.com
Now the release trailer showed around 35-42 enemies. 6 or 8 bosses? And basically almost all of the areas I think.
Take note that the base game only had like 140~ enemies before all the DLCs came out.
>youtube.com
Now Silksong is a wild one. It showed maybe 36-37/150+ enemies . And maybe what? 9-12 areas/sub-areas?
And the craziest part is that this a teaser trailer for a game that has no set release date that they've been working on for a good two years already. Scarier than that the devs themselves have said that their ideas for the game are getting so big that they might make some post-release free DLC again.
Fucking insane. I wouldn't be surprised if this got released early to mid 2020. But knowing Team Cherry, they're also capable of just big boom stealth drop later this 2019.
Makes sense.
For me it was biggest surprise in the recent years, I was expecting indietrash that gets carried by artstyle and gets boring after 5 hours, turns out I was wrong and HK turned out to be one of my favorite games just in general. I'm at like 105 hours now and honestly have no clue where all those hours went, if I didnt have the Steam time gauge thing I'd say I was at like maybe 40 hours. Sign of a really good game.
And I'm not done with last DLC yet either.
Poop man then use his chamr if you're having trouble with the orange babies
>150+ enemies
Theyre surely gonna reuse a lot from HK (which is ok)
they showed a lot of late game stuff in that reveal trailer but I wonder why so many things got flipped horizontally
How in the hell can 2+1 aussie cunts be able to do this in such a short amount of time?
i wish bugs were real
Is there even a remote chance Silksong won't live up to the hype? Because holy shit everything in that trailer just looks so much cooler than Hollow Knight.
>youtube.com
>youtube.com
It has to be said, they've gotten pretty good at making trailers.
It already has a steam page. Epic doesn't like to steal exclusives for already announced games anymore
I honestly don't know. Silksong seems like an improvement on all accounts.
The only thing that might be divisive is how the quest system works, and how it isn't a "Dark Souls"-esque story any more.
Hornet not having dialogue or having shitty dialogue would be disappointing
Underrated.
Stealing games in the manner they did wasn't an end goal, they wanted exclusives immediately and games start doing listings close to release.
In a long term exclusivity schedule, which they should have, that sort of thing shouldn't happen because it's in the interest of publishers to tell people where the game will be available from the start.
It's management of expectations 101, don't surprise people unless it's something 100% positive.
>it isn't a "Dark Souls"-esque story any more.
Wait, really? Did Team Cherry confirm this? Would be kinda unfortunate, I really liked reading up on the lore and putting things together myself.
I'm sure the game will still be rife with lore and worldbuilding.
I just mean that the world is going to be actually alive instead of the post-apocalyptic shitholes most soulsbourne games start in. Or like Hallownest.
They could be talking about it not being about exploring a dead civilization anymore.
wrong
TC are lying cunts. Don't believe anything they say when it comes to Silksong's potential release date.
They could drop that shit in E3 and I wouldn't be surprised at all.
Convince me to start practicing Absolute Radiance again, please.
