Not really. Anonimity really is a blessing & curse for Yea Forums. Other places usually have some form of hierarchy or authority that renders discussing games disingenous in many ways. It may take several attempts to get something started on Yea Forums, but the discussion can indeed, even to this day, be probably the best you'll come across on the Internet.
