bonus points if its made before 2006.
why 2006? because i think most mp games went to shit after that year

Original Doom.
ets2, its just so relaxing.
Star Wars Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy
Evil Genius
Never even beaten the game, but I still open it up once a month to fuck around for a while
rimworld, with mods of course
i just get lost in it for HOURS, no breaks.
This
>let's build one city
>8 hours past
>let's build another city
Dark Souls 3 seems to always be my number 3 game, which has resulted in about a thousand hours or so across multiple platforms. Here's the PC hours alone.
As close to perfection as we are ever going to get
I've played tons of Duke 3D user maps over the years, all the expansions, too.
Diablo 2
Star citizen
And by that did you mean Jedi Outcast? Because I think you meant Jedi Outcast.
One?
Full throttle, fallout1 and 2, homm3, dow1
give me your time machine pls
Academy has the better multiplayer, but a shittier story.
Newfag begone
These days I play more TF2, but I lost plenty of sleep to UT99 in my youth. I was also addicted to RollerCoaster Tycoon. I still fire it up every now and then.
None, anymore. I played hundreds of hours of Warframe about 4 years ago. Now, I spend maybe 2-3 hours a day playing vidya, and that's it.
Fallout: New Vegas on PC or Team Fortress 2 on Xbox 360
Its crazy how this game has so much more ambiente than every other likewise title
team fortress classic
didn't get into the 2 because I didn't want to submit to steam
now I'm on steam but not interested in MP anymore
>tf2 on the 360
do the servers actually work still?
i thought xboner live was shut down for it
Full trilogy modded playthrough of this, mostly because there are always more mod npcs to waifu.
The servers are P2P so they work.
I also played it on PS3 (which also is still alive) but that's at home so now I play the 360 version.
Dota 2.
Had a fallout with my bud about it tonight. The game is just suffering to play when you are losing. I get that I have issues dealing with misplays and my skill gap with friends, but I straight up cant enjoy it unless I'm winning anymore.
I dont know if I can recommend the game anymore.
SOUL
Work work
>The game is just suffering to play when you are losing
That's the problem with that whole genre, once a team has snow balled out of control the losing team has little chance of coming back and on an individual level there's nothing you can do so you have to just sit there and be miserable until it's over.
Die by the Sword
Aliens versus Predator 2
DOOM
Sim City 4
Destroy All Humans
>Diablo II
I spent so many hours mucking around on battle.net, and still enjoy playing it for a HC run until I die every once in a while. Was my gateway drug to World of Warcraft, which dominated my life from late vanilla through to the end of WOTLK.
>Warband
There's always something to do. Lords to stomp in the field, businesses that need set up, garrisons to bolster during peace time.
If the AU/NZ servers were still populated, then I'd spend most of my time playing Urban Terror.
I play UT99 with bots even to this day. I play it vanilla, without any custom maps or mods (except from that newer opengl render). So fucking comfy.
Weirdly, Oblivion. Used to play it on the Xbox360 a lot when I was in highschool, probably logged over 200 hours in that version alone. Got the PC version years later and been revisiting that for a new build playthrough every now-and-then ever since.
Yeah sure, if you're a whiny cunt who gets psychologically tilted/salted easily.
Quitters never win, and winners never quit.
And those who acquiesce to defeat before the battle will never know, nor deserve, the glory of a comeback.

Modded Skyrim, I like fixing it, tweaking my mod list, and playing it with a shit load of immersion mods. It's also one of the best waifu makers if you take the time to learn everything.
Sounds like you just like winning. I'd recommend you stick to idle games where you won't have to face the 'pain' of not winning for 40 minutes.
I also quit DotA2 because I was no longer enjoying it, but to blame it on a loss is pretty silly. You will probably fall into a loop of rebounds as you try to convince yourself at least winning is still fun or playing this specific game with friends is fun.
Just give it up. Your friends would probably rather play something you can all enjoy anyway...or not. Most of my dota friends have since also quit and few still play games at all, let alone games in common with me that feature multiplayer. It's a bit lonely, but it's not worth forcing yourself to play a videogame. May as well work a job with that type of attitude, yuck.
Any of you nerds saying you play countless hours in Single player story games need to get out of the house and make some friends. Holy fuck contribute to society for once you wastes of space.
I don't even play the missions anymore. I just load up the editor, load up some squads and waypoints and make up random scenarios
That game, the one I played for thousands of hours, the one that became like a second home I could sink into when the world was crushing me- that game was PES 2007 for the PS2. Put on PES and an episode of GFW radio and I was at peace.
youtube.com
that kind of sucks. i think a lot of us may have been there, atleast i have. i know this was a long time ago but hopefully things are better now.
thank you kind stranger. to be perfectly honest with you, I think finally they are
thats good. hang in there, i think theres always something worth being there for.
DotA 2. I don't recommend anyone to play this soul crushing game. Recently decided to calibrate seasonal mmr with friend. Played fucking abysmally and lost 5 games out of 6 I played in ranked. Made me realize how much my skill level has dropped from playing turbo constantly. Doesn't help I had a 8 game winning streak before it, an internet connection that has my ping go crazy in game even though my connection is supposed to be good and my game hangs slightly every few seconds or so for some reason due to my shitty laptop. Man it makes me angry thinking about it. Yet I still go back to the game for some reason
No
I put in so many hours into Fallout:New Vegas it kinda amazes me the many ways you can play thru the game (not including mods) and still find new stuff to do probs put in 150+ hours on the PS3 version and probs double that in the PC version once I got a gaming PC
i play this game so much that this bitch is now my waifu.
Half-Life. I've memorized every corridor, but going through the motions every now and then is just so soothing.
Rocket League.
halo 1 and 2. i used to just load up the mp maps and take in the ambiance
Stalker soc with my cd rom drive
What game is that? Is that thing called the midwife?
Had over 200 days /played on my wow mage when I quit in 4.1 cata. My top in steam is Medieval 2 total war with 1200 hours, but to be fair, I had it running in the background for weeks on end only playing for an hour or two a day. Second is dota 2 with 600 hours.
