You can really tell who the secondaries are because they focus on 2B's ass. 2B's design has minimal relevance (if any) to the actual story of the game. It's not commented on by other characters, there's no schlock anime-tier "UWAAAAA I FELL DOWN AND NOW EVERYONE CAN SEE MY PANTIES" pandering shit, no lingering camera shots, etc. Any lusting after 2B is done by the player.

I fully understand the purpose of 2B's design within the narrative and meta-narrative, it's just not very interesting or compelling. I want to use the word pretentious but it doesn't make much sense, it's like beating the audience over the head with the most basic bitch philosophic hot take that you had that morning.
