There were other confidants that I was more invested in -and were further down their confidant path- compared to Haru. I agree that I had a lot of other confidants closed to maxxed, if not completely maxxed, during that time. That resulted in my Proficiency being low at that point. Proficiency is only required for the Emperor and Empress ranks, whereas I needed Level 5 Guts for Iwai, Level 5 Kindness for Sojiro, Level 5 Charm for Makoto, and level 5 Intelligence for 123. I was much more invested to level those skills up than I was for Proficiency, seeing as I didn't really care to rank up Yosuke either.
