Personally, do you think having attractive female characters lessens the quality of a game?
Personally, do you think having attractive female characters lessens the quality of a game?
No. Good thing 2b is ugly.
Why must you write such a stupid offtopic bait bullshit?
Just say you want us to post hot vidya girls you imbecile
If the game's plot is supposed to be serious or have any deeper themes, then having your women randomly dress like strippers takes away from the atmosphere.
Thankfully Nier is just mindless weebshit so it's not an issue.
Why would having pretty things to stare at when bored make a game worse?
i mean, i guess it could. imagine a horror game with every single female character being supermodel tier hot. that would probably ruin the mood.
no, not automatically, but games like Neptunia series rely too hard on that to mask stale/shitty gameplay
Personally, I think threads like these make me feel the pain of every minute of every year spent in this godforsaken site
You have never watched a horror movie.
Only if there's fanservice out the ass.
>ugly hairy mole
>attractive
It depends on the game.
If the T&A is front and center and presented with no flair, the game is likely to be likable garbage at best, with a decent amount of exceptions.
Fanservice cant carry a game, it can be inferred from this that it cant Kill a game, either
hell no. My game I'm working on is full of them
Depends entirely on whether or not the game wants to be taken seriously.
In Near A Tomato I already knew what I was getting into, so I pretty much just said "fuck it" and enjoyed the booty. Xenotits 2 wasn't terribly gritty but it really took its own story super seriously despite having some fucking ridiculous titty monsters with impractical outfits... One of which was actually fucking improved with "censorship" if that's what you want to call it.
Absolutely. Most jap games are like that. Nier, Xenoblade, Senran Kagura, DOA, ALL are shit games that only get rabidly defended because of incel waifufags. Notice how for most jap games no one discusses the gameplay just the shitty waifus and the anime romances. Sekiro and basedborne has no femoids and focuses entirely on gameplay and in those threads people actually talk about the game, not low hanging echi fruit,
This statement is something else, and probably answers OP's question more perfectly than any well thought out response.
Personally, I want to cum inside of 2B until she simulates bearing my children after I marry her.
But it's not hairy
If you're bored and need pretty things to stare at you're playing a shit game.
I think that might have been a joke about resident evil existing
>Don't feel like actively playing the game, but know I will soon so just idling with game open
>Have a nice ass or or scenic vista to stare at
>This is somehow a bad thing
I'm not gay so I think the opposite.
Pic not related?
How the hell is 2B not hot, what are you guys smoking
I just don't get it. Is it her personality thats really good or something?
No, but I get more cautious before buying it.
What a faggot
Reminds me of Rose.
I don't get it. Short hair, tiny boobs, ugly mole, that bandana that makes it look like she's hiding nasty wounds or something...
My wife on the left.
Not necessarily, but I think having bad designs can reflect poorly on a game and I think over-sexualizing the whole cast can go hand in hand with that. For example, I dislike a lot of the girls on Blazblue because they all feel so gratuitous in how sexualised they are, to the point that a lot of them look like strippers when that doesn't suit their character at all, which also diminishes the sexual elements in characters where it's actually appropriate. It's hard to see Litchi as a seductive woman for example when she's one of the more modestly dressed characters in the game, and it's hard to see the likes of Noel and Makoto as anything more than fapbait when the most standout thing about their designs are the sexual parts of them, and in that regard I feel the designers put too much focus making the characters attractive and it ultimately is to their detriment.
And not to make it a GG vs.BB thing because I like both games, but I do think GG has a much better approach on its design where there are a lot of attractive female characters, but they're not over-sexualised, so when you get the character who's supposed to have a lot of sex appeal with I-No, her sex appeal isn't diminished like Litchi's and Nine's in Blazblue, and you end up with a design that works better on its own and tells you a bit about the character, as well as working with the rest of the cast by fulfilling an unfulfilled niche in her design. In that regard, the female designs in GG feel concerned with a lot more than just whether or not the girl is attractive and it's to their benefit, even if making the girl attractive too does no harm. With all this said, there obviously is a shallow kind of appeal in an attractive design just for the sake of it and I know a lot of people like this Blazblue girls just because they're attractive, which is fine, but my preference is for more than just whether or not the character is good looking to go into their design.
I think I grew up with generic 8-bit dots on a screen, and eventually polygons and 3d models came along to replace those, and as these advances in technology appeared women got more and more fantastical looking to the point of there being supermodels everywhere, and now, these models are being grounded in realism, and I am too fucking old to accept these changes.
I was given hot babe in games for decades (never cared how big their "assets" were) that only got hotter and hotter, and now I'm being forced to look at, lets face it, cosmetic downgrades, and my caveman brain doesn't like it.
It can only improve a game. Unfortunately this is mostly used in games that aren't that good in the first place hence the negative stigma behind it. Put attractive girls in an actual quality game and it will only get better.
Imagine being this gay
why do you niggers are making the same thread every time
Lessens? Are you kidding? Having good girls makes me more likely to play, especially if they happen to be cute and funny!
No. It increases the quality.
>boco being an homosexual again
shut the fuck up boco
>2B
>personality
lol
Depends on the game, regarding sexy attire and shit, but in general there is nothing wrong with good looking people and it generally makes it a better experience. Nobody likes an ugly face/body.
I recently finished my first playthrough. I'm now starting my second with 9S. I don't mind the hacking mini game, but I am a little annoyed I'm going to have to play the whole game again like this. I was just getting good with 2B. I guess I can look forward to fusing more chips.
Only if their sexiness is their defining quality. Nothing is more annoying than having a soulless character that's just there to look pretty and add nothing to the story.
I have a problem with videogames depicting soft looking women as capable combatants.
>tripfags are actual faggots
Wow what else is new.
It never lessens the quality, the only issue is if an attractive female character is there to hide issues of the game itself.
