I can't put my PC to sleep at night because randomly it will turn on, thus shining light and making loud fan noise that wakes me up. It never turns on the monitor, just the PC. I do not know what causes windows 10 sleep mode to randomly fail each night, I do not have any pending updates.

If you turn your pc off and on and off rapidly, then yeah, you're gonna have problems, but turning it on in the morning and off at night will do far FAR less damage than playing games on it for hours at a time.

When in sleep mode, mice/keyboards/NICs can wake up the computer. Just go into Device Manager and uncheck the "allow this device to wake up the computer" in the Power Management for that device. You can wake it up manually by pressing the power button.

I pay for my electricity but unlike you leaving my pc on all day cost literal pennies.

In that case, I can't offer any more help. Sorry. Windows 10 kept waking up my computer immediately, so what I suggested worked for me.
Only other thing I can think of is checking Task Manager, but there's probably nothing there.

Yes but sometimes it won't remember any of the tabs I had open. Usually it'll give me some message saying Chrome crashed and it can restore my tabs but there's a rare chance I won't get that message at all and none of my tabs are saved anywhere.
