No Saya is. She literally is the fucking reason why Terumi went full "MUST DIE" on everything ever. If Saya wasn't butthurt whenever things didn't go exactly as planned and reset time then Susano'o would have no problem with just being an observer.

As for Celica, Nine and Trinity go they could have literally fucking annihilated him right after defeating the Black Beast without even trying. He was severely weakened, didn't have enough time to regain his strength and on top of fucking everything Nine and Trinity both had spells on him that forced him and his body to be submissive to their atttacks and commands. His only will was in his consciousness but not only did they not fucking kill him, knowing he was an insane psychopathic killer, Trinity convinced Nine to literally relinqiush control over him so he could regain his free will.
And the first fucking thing the fucker does is, of course, fucking kill Trinity which she must have seen coming since Nine and Celica both knew from a previous Time loop they remembered that he was going to do that and told her.
Celica's "anti-Black Beast" aura bullshit could have literally nullified the Black Beast during Ragna's first fight against it to hold it off while the Six Heroes formed so that when the Six Heroes defeated the Black Beast they could have actually killed it but noooooooo. Nine has to go full blown "MUH SISTERRRRRRRR" and Celica doesn't want to do the obvious thing that would literally fix everything in the world by just sealing herself with the fucking thing, effectively annihilating the Black Beast from existence altogether and removing the Time loop.

Platinum could kill Terumi because only Nine reliquished control over him before he killed Trinity. Since Trinity's soul was put into Platinum, by association of souls, Platinum has control over Terumi by command but doesn't know it. Trinity uses this in the final scene before Ragna kills him though.

Don't worry, Susanoo attempted to remove the furries from his universe. Amaterasu is just a degenerate who's writing fanfiction about the universe who's shipping has gone too far.

Long story short: Nu, Mu (Noel by extension too) and Lambda are all robots programmed to eliminate all of humanity but the Black Beast was created by humanity as the ultimate weapon against them. As such anything that has ties to the Black Beast along with the Black Beast itself is their primary kill target regardless of all else.

Nu's personality was slightly modeled off of Saya's obsession with Ragna.
Mu's personality is simply what the robot's are by default. Killing machines of war.
Lambda is Kokonoe's jank rip-off of Nu and as a result she is somewhat similar but somehow Kokopuffs was able to remove her kill directive so Lambda just has a odd attraction to Ragna almost like a little sister.

Also don't ask why Nu makes so much innuendos and acts like she literally wants to get fucked by him. That decision was made by Mori himself and even his design team told him it was fucking stupid because it would just confuse and convolute things but he went with it anyway.
