A few things I really liked about it:
>the way the confrontation with Adam and Eve echoed 9S fall.
>9S descent into madness
>2B being forced to murder 9S over and over and over again
>tfw 2B will never wrap her soft, silken-gloved hands around your neck and choke you until you pass out
The last one is amazing because it invokes so many different emotions, there is this obvious eroticism there, but there's also this intense pain 2B feels, being forced to murder her love again and again and again.

It's weird but I think the credits were the most powerful moment for me. I choked up a little when the whole chorus kicked in with the other ships helping you and all the messages from the other people who went through the same thing. It was a really touching moment.
