2. remedy didnt work on it

gunplay was improved since 1 especially when it came to slowmo dodge, you no longer were forcibly picked up from the ground if you stopped shooting and environment reacted better to shots and melee wasnt a separate weapon and BT was expanded to have additional "speed" levels depending on how much you killed.

and you are forgetting that first game was brutally difficult, they lowered difficulty in this one but you still unlock harder difficulties to challenge yourself

No of them are bad games with 3 being the obvious product of a completely different dev team.

im not forgetting that, i enjoyed MP1's difficulty. the fact that MP2 forces me to slog through a sleep inducing "challenge" to unlock anything that merits any attention from the player is a fucking disgrace.
Yes there were QoL upgrades but they don't compensate for MP2's faults. None of the levels are particularly good or memorable, why would I ever want to replay it?
