Nothing in the artbook looks like it's meant to be a female protagonist, so I doubt that's the case. They did a FeMC with P3P because that was actually planned before P3 originally released and P3P was just a worse but portable P3 without her inclusion, but with P5 they can just approach it the way they've approached every other game they've re-released since Nocturne, even including P3 because of FES.
