I've been playing No Man's Sky and South Pak The Fractured But Whole.

NMS is more slow and boring than I expected. South Park is not bad, but is way worse than Stick of Truth.

Playing The Division 2 since several other friends got into it.
In general, it was ho-hum up until about the end of the game when I decided to try out shotguns despite the community consensus on it. Even though everybody says they suck, I made a half-assed shotgun focused build and am having a fucking blast with it. Instead of whack a mole cover shooting from 50m away with rifles, I'm cover-moving at high speeds to get right up in their faces and deleting people in less than a second whether it's a full auto AA-12 or a pump action or a double barrel.

Lately I finished New Vegas for the first time, much better than I expected, interesting that all of the bad parts of this game can be attributed to bethesda being a shit and holding obsidian back with their shit engine.

I just finished 2hu Luna Nights. It was a fun, well designed game with some flaws. It was short, though there are plans for additional levels. It was also fairly easy (beat the final boss on my second attempt, perfected the fight on my 4th).
Would recommend on sale (full price if 2hu is your thing)

The main character is a major factor for every story driven game, especially in a fucking RPG. Plenty get by with bland protags, but none really have protags you're supposed to hate. Who would sit down and invest like 50 hours in a character they hate?

Watched a early look of it with my fiancee. She liked the decent start, but man the game falls apart very quickly. Here are a couple of key standouts.

If your talking about 9S combat then no. With 9S you're doing it either for reasons pertaining to the story or just to have fun taking control over an enemy unit and killing people with it.

Note that Alex attacks every turn and does around 8-10 damages. His companion used self destruct, it took 5 turns during which she cannot act and it did 18-20 damage to everyone. Alex will have done 50 damage during that time. Also the self-destruct moves apparently damages everyone, including Alex. It hurt him for 17 damage out of 27 hp, leaving him with a meager 10 health points.

The character IS a dickhead, that doesn’t automatically make the story bad.

Just started Fate Extella Link. First Fate game I've ever played and got interested because of historical, mythological, and literary characters were the protagonist/ant. I no absolutely nothing of this series up until this point. The game reminds my of Hyrule Warriors. The only thing that disappointing is that theirs this god awful camera shaking when moving the character. I've tried everything to remedy it but have finally chalked it up to the bad camera itself. Sir Gawain is beast and so far my favorite character at this point.
