Anyway the rumor goes that GRRM is writing the lore/setting and that the game is basically unofficial/not-Bamco owned Dark Souls 4 except it's more free roam open world. It has couple of kingdoms that serve as levels with monarch bosses that you can kill and get their powers. There's online PvP and you can choose the order of which kingdom you'll go to first. Also this is one of their two yet to be announced projects. Sekiro ended up being the third game from their initial "3 unknown games" interview.
