It's not cancelled, they just haven't shown it in a few months so some people are asking questions. Considering the delay coupled with lack of public presence though, they may be having some issues.

I remember being hyped when the trailer for Lily Bergamo came out. Never played a Suda51 game back then but it looked so visually interesting. I was so disappointed when they revealed it was cancelled and turned into that F2P PS4 game they made.

What they claimed to be doing was taking some extra time to create more content and polish existing content due to the amount of interest the game got.

However, with news of how the whole SNOY bullshit started happening to japanese devs around the time they went dark, and SNOY finally publically admitting they were targetting specifically Japanese games, people have every reason to be worried that a game with rather fanservice-y character designs has been SNOY'd and that the reason the delay has been long and the radio silence conspicuous is that they've been forced to redesign assets to comply with SNOY's demands.
