Level ADP\ATN for agility.
96 agility is enough to finish the game comfortably. You can go up to 105 for roll reliant builds, but higher than that isn't really worth it.

listen to this guy, DS2 starts you off with lower iframes than the other games. those stats give you more up to a certain cap.
