As somebody familiar with the rules of 40k roleplay, a creature like this would most certainly not be fear [4].
It would very easily classify as [1] (disturbing), [4] is for shit that is almost mind snapping to even gaze upon, near lovecraftian abominations not meant for mortal eyes level that only very hardened souls could even look at much less fight to the death.
Also, Cazadores are more hovering than flying but whatever. I'm not going to write a full stat sheet for one (which would be cool if running a game).

This feels wrong in many ways.
Cass should be wrinkled, more trashy, but not slutty looking, with smaller tits, more messy hair and dirtier clothes, with Buscemi bags under eyes from all the drinking and wasting around while drunk in general.
Boone should be leaner and look more worn out, like a lower mid-class dad with middle age crysis, that loves smoking ciggies and buying scratch off lottery tickets from all tiresome work, all bullshit he had, PTSD, and depression.
ED-E supposed to look well worn and be patched and welded multiple times, since it was shot down multiple times.
Arcade should look more queer and deadpan.

I tried to make some cool niche weapons. for example a combat knife that has near no crit chance but lots of crit damage, so Its built for stealth. I also made some texture edits like changing wood color to cherry wood. all the weapons are "unique" like in the main game unique. I tried to give unique variants to weapons that didn't have them yet.
coolest weapon is a shoulder mounted machine gun like from lonesome road, but it fires 20guage

My favourite moment is when I go back to it to fetch some supply when I mean business (usually an LMG and 600 rounds of 5.56 AP) and explosives as well as a medium armour (usually runs I either Joshua's armor or duster).

His behavior and your positions fit the narrative. Having the balls and means to actually kill them at that point of the game does not. Not that it should be impossible or anything just saying this from RPG standpoint the Courier would not take such a risk at that point with just a "you were rude so I risk everything by starting a fight with you" mentality. He'd at very least have to have the anti-Legion motivations or some degree of sense of justice for the townspeople to risk it.
But hey whatever floats your boat it's just a game.
