eh I mean it's a cute lil 240p 800mhz quad core emulator machine as long as you're good with retroarch and can at least set up integer scaling properly
Half Life is pretty good on it, the right stick is actually really fucking good for aiming in it, like, best application of the cstick of any software on the platform, at least it will be good once they fix the crash on death bug that happens once in a while but the hotfix is to git gud and reload if you're gonna die

Yeah it's got plenty great games.
I've gotten over 400 hours out of it over two years and I don't even play all that much.

Kinda torn on what to get. Sounds like the 3DS is great for SNES games but the PSP has great PS1 support.

Beats the goddamn shit out of both the 3DS and Vita for emulation.
Plays up to Dreamcast games natively.
Can stream whatever else from your PC.
