Decide to pick up where I left off in Warband

>decide to pick up where I left off in Warband
>join, have a decent army for a beginner, but no clue as to what I did before and where I go now
>game log tells me basically nothing

>pick up Warband again for the nth time
>start game
>take one look at campaign map
>quit and go play Napoleonic warfare mp instead

i know that feel nigger i can't pick this shit up where i left off after a while i always end up restarting
i kinda enjoy early-mid game more anyway

>have a decent army
that's all u need to know

I mean you'll know if you're currently a mercenary or lord for a faction and you can probably tell which faction you were courting if any by relationship with Lords
what else do you need to know?

>i kinda enjoy early-mid game more anyway
because sieges are shit and lord relationship stuff especially with kingdom building isn't all that fun
if/when bannerlord comes out it looks they've drastically improved both parts, sieges and social stuff

Do you have any active missions, and is the realm at war with anyone in particular?

>playing warband when bannerlord is out
But why?

Why is Swadia always shit? The fuckers can never hold onto their towns

Because they're right in the middle of the map which means they border every faction, leading them to get into war with everybody more often and from every angle

Does anybody have the Mount & Blade version of the virgin/chad meme

The only faction that they don't share a border with is the Sarranids, and that's only if the Sultanate doesn't press too far into Khergit or Rhodok territory.

What's Dhirim worht?

>tfw Lord of dhirim in my current playthrough
>defending against half hour long sieges of 1000 troops with a force of maybe 300 on a regular basis
It's exhausting but someone has to do it

Harlaus is playing you for a fool.
You're not even going to get butter for it.

I'm a rhodok

Is it just a meme that Harlaus always has feasts or is he programmed in game to have a higher chance of hosting a feast?

It's *probably* coming sometime in 2020 as they can definitely not keep their blog thing going for longer than that
I suspect that if it doesn't come out next year it'll never come out, it looks like most of it is finished but it looked that way back in like 2014 as well. I give them that they had a major reshuffle and expansion of their teams that took a long time to work out and the game now looks better and more expansive in gameplay than it had originally
while I don't have a computer to play it at the moment and thus am not too upset it's not out yet I'll stand by my statement
if it's not out by 2020 it's never coming out

He's always hosting a fucking feast.

here you go, my dude.

Generally, the AI is programmed to throw a feast whenever morale in the realm starts to drop. Because Swadia is surrounded by enemies on all sides and constantly losing ground to invaders, morale is generally very low - as such, Harlaus tends to host feasts very frequently.
