Nash and Geary are the only bosses from CNK that would've worked elsewhere in the Crash series, design wise.
The others are too alien to really work in any other situation other than outer space.

I mean Nash works fine enough. The backtalk wouldn't fly if he were under Cortex's command, though and hes quick to put his tail between his proverbial legs when met with resistance.
Geary just isn't villain material. Hes too nice overall to be with NGin but is too hostile to have been built by Coco so he just doesnt fit anywhere.

I loved how cocky Cortex is if you pick his team in CNK adventure. It's meta as fuck. Did we ever see Cortex react to insubordination? We all know Nash shouldn't try that once with Uka Uka, unless he wants to see the realm of pic related from the inside (Gehenna). Geary to me seems like a modded cleaning bot, his aggression seems to be ''tacked on'' to me. Seems like a factory reset could fix this. This raises ethical dilemmas though. I love how Fat Norm BTFO'd Cortex for bad manners thought. Karma is Always satisfying.

I'm happy to see slide/turbotrack get their deserved whallop. I love Tiny Track for how rough it rides, fuck off with that smooth ''road legal'' shit. N. Gin's lab, Sewer Speedway and Hot Air Skyway (due dangerous turns) have this too. To me, Oxide station is the perfect hybrid between speed and rough riding.

Each day the game comes closer I have less hope for characters like Tawna, Komodo Moe or N. Brio to be playable, much less Lab Assistant or Koala Kong, I hope they add them because it was really weird they were left out of the game.

Sure but they barely act like it. All they do is take Cortex's brain out for one cutscene, fast forward him in another, and make portals for Ants.
If they were actually 'literally gods' they would've killed Cortex immediately upon seeing him, instead of waiting for them to get to the 10th Dimension where they weren't so powerful.

In the original game you have to jump on each little island to get across the lake. I've never seen anyone skip straight over the first one like that, you shouldn't be able to get the height and speed to make that jump. The whole video looked like he was going fast as fuck, actually. I don't know what's going on, but I think I like it.

Extreme Arrogance, they can't have power flaws by being so high-dimensional in time AND space. Thus, for the conflict to work you'd have to introduce serious tactical flaws. If they were smart they'd let that deathboth fight on it's own while they hop to N. Sanity so their godness shields them. How come they couldn't port out after defeat anyway? their wormhole machine had maintenance day?

The Evil Twins in general weren't portrayed very well. For godlike villains, they sorta take a backseat in the story. Do they even show up outside of pre-rendered cutscenes??

It would've been better to come back to N. Sanity Island later and see that the Ants have actually begun taking over the place, or something. The Twins were not very direct villains, and so you never really got enough time to properly get that conflict.

Honestly, as long as we've got Twinsanity's awesome soundtrack, and the soul, humor, and story of Twinsanity, I'm good with it.
To be fair, all we really know is that it teaches "evil". We learn, like, nothing else about that. There are so many possible explanations as to what the Academy is beyond "it's evil". Perhaps the name is an exaggeration? Or it is called this in a derogatory way to mock Amberly?

The original plot had Cortex becoming an outcast in the community of evil scientists and geniuses, for "fraternizing" with Crash after being forced to team up with him to defeat the evil parrot twins, and then going in a quest for revenge against said society.

Hot Air Skyway is actually very short if you take shortcuts, especially the bullshit, probably not intended one. Some anons surely know what I'm talking about, but I stopped using it for how much it cheesed the level. On multiplayer locale on the other hand we would always have fun trying to get said shortcut on the first try, because if you do manage to take it that way you would almost secure your victory. That's how bullshit it was, but I don't know if the new CTR removed it. I don't care anyway though, l'm not planning to play that thing.
